Our oncology exercise services on the Mornington Peninsula are specifically designed for people with a Cancer diagnosis. These services are available at all stages of your cancer journey - before, during and after treatment. 


Staying physically active is important for people with cancer to help with treatment and recovery, however finding appropriate exercise advice can be difficult.

During your initial consultation we will discuss your individual story, health and medical history and the goals you want to work towards.

Next we will assess your current physical capabilities and limitations. This will provide us with a baseline on which we can build a program.

create a customised exercise plan

We will then develop an exercise plan based on your assessment results, tailored to your specific circumstances, needs and goals.

    At any stage of your cancer and treatment journey, Your Move Health can offer advice and support to help you increase, modify or reduce your exercise plan as appropriate for your current circumstances. 

  • SUPERVISED ONE-ON-ONE EXERCISE SESSIONS

    Would you like some support in completing your exercise program? 


    We have all the equipment and expertise needed to get you moving safely and confidently, and we can help you with the accountability and motivation to keep you active long-term. 


    We are trained to progress or modify your exercise as needed on a session-by-session basis so that you get the best possible results for your effort. 


    Note: An initial consultation is required before participating in supervised exercise sessions.

  • SUPERVISED SMALL GROUP EXERCISE SESSIONS

    While each member in our groups has their own individually-tailored exercise plan, there are additional benefits to training with others under expert supervision. 


    Our small group training sessions offer you the opportunity to connect, be supported and motivated as you exercise with a community of others that have shared similar health journeys. 


    Note: An initial consultation is required before participating in our small group exercise sessions.

  • ONLINE VIDEO CONSULTATIONS (TELEHEALTH)

    For individuals who are immune-compromised, those who cannot access our clinic location, or even for convenience, we offer online video consultations and supervised training sessions via Zoom.
